First off, if you are having problems with no sound and if your radio looks like it is working fine, you probably have an amplifier issue. Many of the vehicles that this radio fits have amplifiers and so if you are not getting sound, contact me and I will do my best to help you troubleshoot. Thank you for looking at my item.
Also, I will send you a good working radio but there may be some cosmetic imperfections. My picture shows the style of radio you will get, but it may be slightly different in condition/cosmetics.
However, I will make sure it is clean and works good. I do my best to send out radios that are not junk or look terrible. It is hard to show the pictures of each individual radio when listing a bulk listing of used radios.

I tested this thoroughly and everything works excellent. This radio will be a direct plug and play radio in any of the vehicles listed. HOWEVER, if you have a 2002 model year vehicle, you will need to verify that you have the single grey plug that plugs into the radio and not the older Black and Grey plugs.
If your radio has a CD and cassette player radio currently and you see the RDS symbol on the cassette door, this radio will work for you. Otherwise, you will have to pull your radio and check to see what plug you have.
I even check to make sure all the backlighting works. The display area is in good condition with normal hairline scratches and nothing abnormal which would indicate abuse/potential problems. I would rate the overall cosmetic condition between 8.5 and 9.0 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best. This radio will work with your Sirius XM radio if you currently have Sirius XM satellite radio that is controlled directly by your OEM radio.
This radio will also work with your steering wheel controls if you have them. This radio will also work with/control a factory/OEM Chrysler/Mopar remote mount in-dash 4, 6 or 10 disc CD player/changer found in the vehicles listed below. THIS WILL BE UNLOCKED AND READY TO PLUG IN AND USE. If you have any problems with this resulting from normal use within 60 days of receiving it from me, let me know and I will send you instructions on sending it back for repair.
